Riverwaves 3-day course (recognized by the British Psychological Society) enables delegates to develop the knowledge and skills of becoming qualified assessors in Assessment and Development Centers. It is designed for HR professionals who wish to build assessment skills and for people who aspire to work as Assessors.

THIS IS A 3-DAY PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES PARTICIPANTS WITH:

• Knowledge – of assessment/development centers’ process and implementation.
• Skills – to perform assessments, observe, record, classify and evaluate behaviors, and provide feedback.
• Certification – delegates are assessed at the end of the workshop, and are certified as Assessors, based on the best practice guidelines of the British Psychological Society.
