1. Workshop fees include documentation, luncheon and refreshments.

2. Delegates who attend the workshop will receive a RIVEWAVES Certificate of Completion Approved by BPS and signed by the Workshop Subject Matter Expert.

3. Early Bird Investments 10% are applied to payments occurring till 4 weeks before the workshop date.

4. The venue for all workshops to be announced 2 – 4 weeks prior to the workshop.

5. Cancellations occurring prior to the workshop date with 21 working days will be eligible to full refund.

6. Cancellations occurring from 20 to 12 working days prior to the workshop date will be subject to payment/deducting 25% from the total investment.

7. Cancellations occurring from 11 to 7 working days prior to the workshop date will be subject to payment/deducting 50% from the total investment.

8. Cancellations occurring from 6 working days prior to the workshop date or No Show on the day of the workshop will be subject to payment/deduction of 100% of the total investment.

9. Full payment to be settled maximum 2- 4 weeks prior to the workshop date.

10. If RIVERWAVES Ltd. cancels the workshop, Delegates will be offered a full refund.

11. Should circumstances arise that result in postponing the workshop, RIVERWAVES Ltd. has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same workshop at its new date or to any other service/workshop that RIVERWAVES Ltd, based on the clients’ choice.
