The key focus of the Business Development Manager, MEA  role is to identify and attract new business opportunities for Riverwaves, within the Middle East & Africa region. The Business Development Manager  is responsible for increasing sales and market share, while achieving short and long term business and financial objectives of RIVERWAVES.

• Experience in sales and business development within Middle East & Africa region
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Prior experience within a Human Capital/ Business Consultancy OR solutions providing company would be advantageous
•  Fluent English and Arabic (preferably)
• Prepared to travel across the region

We are always on the look-out for dynamic, reliable and experienced HR Consultants to join our Centre of Excellence. The key focus of the HR Consultant  role is to provide expert advice and work alongside our internal teams and clients to deliver outstanding human resources solutions.

• Significant HR knowledge and experience 
• Proven track record in designing and implementing Human Resources solutions 
• Prior experience within a Human Capital/ Business Consultancy OR Senior HR role is mandatory
•  Fluent English and Arabic (preferably)
• Prepared to travel across the region
