Riverwaves 360 is multi-source assessment solution, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of a participant’s perceived performance. When undertaking Riverwaves 360, participants complete a self-evaluation and receive structured feedback, measured against the competencies of your organisation, from multiple sources – line manager, direct reports, peers, colleagues and customers. An easy to use, fully automated standalone solution, the Riverwaves 360 can be successfully embedded within our Assessment & Development Centres, while it can also be used as part of the Performance Management appraisal process or as a part of other developmental initiatives.
