  • Practical Individual Assignments: Participants will apply course learnings to design a structured Assessment Centre, demonstrating competency in project planning, competency selection, and assessment activity design.
  • First Re-Evaluation Permitted for Free: If a participant does not pass the certification assessment on the first attempt, they are allowed a free re-evaluation.
